EQ AQ management for Kids
Course Objectives
This course aims to cultivate children’s emotional regulation skills, boost their positive energy (EQ), and encourage them to face challenges with courage. It enhances their problem-solving abilities and strengthens their psychological resilience (AQ), helping them to better understand themselves, build healthy interpersonal relationships, clarify their goals, and strive to achieve them. Ultimately, it empowers children to embrace life positively and unlock their full potential.
Course Content
Through storytelling, dance movement exploration, drawing, role-playing, and interactive games, children will be guided to understand and develop emotional regulation skills, enhance their emotional and adversity quotients (EQ and AQ), build self-care abilities, cultivate perseverance, and establish positive character traits. The course encourages children to apply these qualities in their daily lives—at home, in school, and in the broader community—helping them develop effective communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships. It further aims to strengthen their EQ and AQ, self-management, and resilience, while nurturing their confidence, mutual respect, positive thinking, emotional awareness, self-understanding, goal setting, and emotional expression. Children will also learn to accept themselves and others, give praise, show gratitude, and embrace constructive feedback.
Course Features
Using engaging methods such as storytelling, dance movement exploration, drawing, role-playing, and interactive games, this course enables children to understand and apply emotional regulation, self-care, perseverance, and positive character development in both their family life and school environment.
