Ms. Ada Chan
Several years ago, she had a chance to attend the Character First Teacher Orientation Seminar and Course organized by certified education facilitator. After that, she found herself was highly interested in children education, especially about the developing of good character and emotional management for the children. She then studied Educational Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Character First Education as well as Illustrated Teaching. She now obtains a Diploma in Educational Psychology (Children Learning and Growth) and is also certified as NLP Trainer (NFNLP).
During her various exposure of children study education, she also builds up practical children teaching experience. When she served as an education instructor for primary school students, she has taken up the design of syllabus, activities implementation and classroom lessons all by herself. She can skillfully blend in three major teaching techniques: Illustrated Teaching, Character Education, and NLP. The self-confidence and emotional management of the participated students has significantly developed. Their character and communication skills have also shown a remarkable improvement.
