What is NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming?

N stands for Neuro: The neurological system regulates how our bodies function
L stands for Linguistic: How we communicate and are communicated with both verbally and non-verbally.
P stands for Programming: Our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create.
They are the three most important components involved in producing our experience.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behavior(programming).
NLP was created and developed in the early 1970's by Dr Richard Bandler and John Grinder. They studied the most effective therapists at that time together and formulated a methodology whereby they began to understand how these successful therapists were so effective and efficient and how to model other elements of human behaviour excellence.

最深刻技巧
課程中，有很多技巧都十分實用，其中笛卡兒坐標思考模式，都可以有效地簡單地分析自己的行動帶來的結果及應該怎樣去調整自己的行為，而且又可以幫助別人去調整他們的行為與動機的差距，令自己或對方的行動更有效達到自己或對方的目標。
總括而言，笛卡兒坐標思考模式，真是簡單，方便又易用，無論對自己或對別人，使用時，都不會感到尷尬, 而且十分有效。另外價值臨界的練習，令我再一次清晰知道自己的潛意識的價值觀，而且操作簡單又快速，又可以達到結果，無論幫助自己或幫助別人都很方便，更可以作為面談的熱身或打開話題的非常好工具，最快令對方發現自己，並可以配合其他技巧繼續面談，一句到尾 “簡單易操作” 是我最喜歡的技巧。

我的職業很需要與人溝通，交流，因些對話來說，NLP高級執行師證書課程中，最實用的是 “量子語言” 這部份。相對於其他NLP技巧，我覺得 “量子語言: 是最具可塑性的，因它不受場地限制，隨時隨地都可用得上，甚至是在對方不知不覺時就使用。這樣便可減少自己對不熟識技巧，不敢使用個妨礙。講得唔順都唔怕。而這語言技巧亦可用作動搖一些阻礙著人前進的信念以及幫人釐清問題。當中笛卡兒坐標的問題法，這種迀迴的思考方法迫使人，運用不習慣的方式去思考，這樣，才能得出不一樣的答案，十分有效。
總括來說，高級NLP比初級NLP的差別在於思維上與技巧上，都有更高層次的學習，都深入的改變。高級NLP比初級更著重思維上，而思維改變其實就是視野上的廣闊。視野更廣就能更自在地面對一切問題。

The Hong Kong Government Continuing Education Fund (CEF) has increased the maximum subsidy per person to HK$25,000.
Students applying for a CEF account will receive assistance in applying for CEF funding upon course completion.
