PTSD\uff0c\u82f1\u6587\u5168\u5199\u4e3aPost-Traumatic Stress Disorder\u53c8\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u521b\u4f24\u540e\u538b\u529b\u5fc3\u7406\u969c\u788d\u75c7\u3001\u521b\u4f24\u540e\u538b\u529b\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\u3001\u521b\u4f24\u540e\u538b\u529b\u5931\u8c03\u6216\u521b\u4f24\u540e\u7cbe\u795e\u7d27\u5f20\u6027\u969c\u788d\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p>\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\u5f53\u4eba\u7ecf\u5386\u521b\u4f24\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u53ca\u7ecf\u5386\u540e\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u60c5\u666f\u4e8e\u65e5\u540e\u4f1a\u53cd\u590d\u51fa\u73b0 situation\uff09\u3002\u800c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u4ee5\u540e\u66f4\u4f1a\u91cd\u590d\u53bb\u7ecf\u5386\u4e0e\u9996\u6b21\u66fe\u7ecf\u7ecf\u5386\u521b\u4f24\u65f6\u7684\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\uff08Reexperiencing\uff09\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u89c6\u89c9 \uff08Visual\uff09\u3001\u542c\u89c9 (Auditory)\u3001\u611f\u89c9 (Kinesthetic)\uff08\u751f\u7406\u53ca\u5fc3\u7406\uff09\u601d\u60f3\u7b49\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u7ecf\u5386\u3002\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u67d0\u4e9b\u8d1f\u9762\u7684\u601d\u60f3\uff0c\u60c5\u7eea\u53ca\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u8d1f\u9762\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u8bc4\u4ef7\uff1a\u201d \u6211\u4e0d\u591f\u597d\uff1b\u6211\u4e0d\u503c\u5f97\u88ab\u7231\uff1b\u6211\u6ca1\u7528\uff1b\u6211\u6ca1\u6709\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6210\u529f\u7b49\u201d\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bfc\u81f4\u521b\u4f24\u540e\u538b\u529b\u75c7 \uff08Insomnia\uff09\uff0c\u7761\u7720\u7d0a\u4e71\u3001\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u4e0d\u96c6\u4e2d\u3001\u60ca\u6050\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p><p>\u900f\u8fc7\u8fd0\u7528EMDR\uff08\u5feb\u901f\u773c\u52a8\u7597\u6cd5\uff09\u5bf9\u4e00\u4e9b\u201c\u672a\u7ecf\u5904\u7406\u201d\u7684\u521b\u4f24\u6216\u53d7\u4f24\u5bb3\u4e8b\u4ef6\u83b7\u5f97\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5904\u7406\uff08Reprocessing\uff09\u3002\u5728EMDR\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u4e2d\uff0c\u53d7\u5bfc\u8005\u7684\u773c\u7403\u53ca\u76ee\u5149\u968f\u7740\u6cbb\u7597\u5e08 (Therapist) \u7684\u6307\u793a\u6765\u56de\u79fb\u52a8\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u53d7\u5bfc\u8005\u6240\u906d\u9047\u7684\u56f0\u6270\uff0c\u4e0d\u5feb\u8bb0\u5fc6\uff0c \u521b\u4f24\u753b\u9762\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u7ecf\u5386\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u56e0\u8d1f\u9762\u60c5\u7eea\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u4e0d\u9002\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5934\u75db\u3001\u5934\u80c0\u3001\u80f8\u95f7\u3001\u80a9\u818a\u75db\u695a\u3001\u808c\u8089\u7ef7\u7d27\u3001\u5fc3\u8df3\u52a0\u901f\u3001\u547c\u5438\u6025\u4fc3\u3001\u60ca\u6050\u7b49\uff0c\u900f\u8fc7\u8fd0\u7528EMDR\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u8ba9\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u51cf\u8f7b\u7d2f\u79ef\u591a\u65f6\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u60c5\u7eea\u4ee5\u53ca\u8212\u7f13\u56e0\u8d1f\u9762\u60c5\u7eea\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u4e0d\u9002\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8ba9\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u91cd\u65b0\u9886\u53d7\u4e00\u4e9b\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u60c5\u7eea\u3002<\/p><p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u4ee5\u5feb\u901f\u53ca\u6709\u6548\u89c1\u79f0\u3002<br
